Dr. David Miller has been in practice in Commack, NY for almost fifteen years. The practice was started by his father, Dr. Jack Miller, who retired in 1997.

Our office is able to dispense most of the prescriptions written by Dr. Miller. This avoids having to wait for the medications at the pharmacy. Also, the cost of the medications is often less than the insurance co-pay. Otherwise, the prescriptions can be called in to the pharmacy to lessen the waiting time.

Our office participates in many insurance plans including Medicare and can work with the patient to set up a convenient payment plan, if necessary.

Dr. Miller graduated from SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at SUNY Buffalo in 1990.
